Our “Granxa Arqueixal” is a family project which preserves the main values of the rural life, practising an ecological agriculture of high quality.

We live in the parish of Albá, in the municipality of Palas de Rei, and our products are the result of a way of life in constant change but being conscious of how to use its long-established knowledge, respecting the environment, the sustainable development and the traditional production.

Our products are part of the PDO Arzúa-Ulloa cheese and also of the Galician Regulatory Council of Ecological Agriculture (CRAEGA).

Our main basis is a relationship of mutual trust with customers always faithful, because we believe we must focus the production of ecological food on the respect for the individual and for the natural world. We assume this, knowing that the present is a loan from our children.
